FalconIPTV Installation Guide

How to install FalconIPTV: which app to use, what M3U and Xtream Codes mean, and quick fixes for common setup issues.

What you'll need
  • Your FalconIPTV login — a server URL, username and password, emailed after checkout.
  • A device that can install apps: Firestick, Android TV box, Smart TV, phone, tablet, Windows PC or Mac.
  • An M3U or Xtream Codes-compatible player app (see the app note for your device below).
  • A stable internet connection — wired or Wi-Fi both work, and a faster connection handles 4K more comfortably.

M3U and Xtream Codes, in plain English

M3U and Xtream Codes are the two common formats an IPTV player app uses to load a channel list. Both do the same job — they just organize the login details slightly differently.

An M3U playlist is a single link that lists every channel and stream. Xtream Codes instead asks for three separate fields — a server URL, a username and a password — which is the format your FalconIPTV welcome email uses.

You don't need to choose between them yourself: pick a player app that supports Xtream Codes (most popular IPTV apps do), enter the three details from your email, and the app builds the channel list for you.

Pick your device below and follow the steps — it takes a couple of minutes.

Choose your device

Firestick & Fire TV

  1. Open the Amazon Appstore on your Fire TV home screen.
  2. Search for and install an Xtream Codes-compatible IPTV player.
  3. Launch the app, choose “add Xtream Codes account”, and enter the server URL, username and password from your email.
  4. If the app asks for an EPG (guide) URL, this is included automatically with most players — leave it blank unless asked.
Troubleshooting

Quick fixes

Channel list is empty or won't load

Double-check the server URL, username and password exactly as they appear in your welcome email — a single character out of place is the most common cause.

Video buffers or freezes

Try a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi, close other apps using bandwidth, or contact support so anti-freeze can point your app to a different source.

App says the account is already in use

Your plan has a set number of simultaneous screens. Close the stream on another device, or ask support about upgrading your screen count.

Can't find an app that supports Xtream Codes

Support can recommend a specific, tested player for your exact device — ask on WhatsApp or live chat.
